Cody’s first on screen appearance was in the Glee episode “The Sue Sylvester Shuffle” as the "Waterboy" on the field next to "Coach Beiste" in season two. Cody appeared in an NBC interview to promote the festival and his music. His fourth song and music video Catch the Light was screened at the same festival the following year.

Cody self-released his debut EP Fire in December 2017. Fire is a visual and concept EP with each song relating to one of the Seven Deadly Sins and a Zodiac Sign. He self-directed and self-produced the five music videos for the EP. Cody's follow up EP, The “Witch" Chronicles, was released a year later in October 2018 and the music video for his song Get in Line was released the following year.

Cody's debut album Shattered Signs & Deadly Sins was released on October 28th, 2022. Comprised of material from both his EPs the album features eleven songs and a spoken word, epilogue track. Keeping the same theme from the Fire EP, each song corresponds to a Zodiac Sign. While promoting the album, Cody had two billboards- one in Midtown, Atlanta and one on Sunset Boulevard in Los Angeles, a full page article in the publication The Hollywood Reporter (Young Hollywood Issue 2022) as well as a televised interview with renowned talk show Sidewalks Entertainment.

Cody continues to look for the art in life. He hopes to inspire and comfort others with his art as art has inspired and comforted him.
